Free Compact 7 Live Meeting

Hi folks,

don’t miss the upcoming free Compact 7 Webcast held by fellow MVP Doug Boling:

Date:
Tuesday, April 17, 2012 9:00 AM Pacific Time: (GMT-08:00)

Duration:
1 hour

Title:
Optimizing Your Image Size in Windows Embedded Compact 7

Registration:
here

Description:
Image Size analysis from the perspective of understanding configs, dependencies, optimization and how to even start using them

Synopsis:
It’s too big! It’s ironic that developers complain about the size of a Windows Embedded Compact image given the competition, but still the desire for a smaller image always has merit. This webcast will discuss how to keep your image small using the componentization tools in Platform Builder. Also discussed will be how the dependency engine works, and how to make wise choices on components to keep the image size small without compromising application compatibly. Join us for the April webinar and learn how small is good.

Have fun!
